The Da Nang International Fireworks Festival – DIFF 2023 came to a close on July 8, 2023, with a highly charged and intense competition between France and Italy. Emerging victorious as champions, Team France delivered a spectacular finale. The timely return of DIFF has firmly established Da Nang as a must-visit summer destination, with visitors flocking to the city by the Han River.
With a classy performance, conquering all the senses of the audience and the esteemed judging panel, the French fireworks team won the 2023 DIFF Champion, with the trophy and a prize of $ 20,000. The Italian pyro team won the second place, with a prize of $10,000.
The French and Italian teams put in a lot of effort to create a perfect final chapter for DIFF 2023, illuminating the night sky above Da Nang with a breathtaking display of light, music, and picturesque fireworks that brought people together in “the world without distance”.
Additionally, the ‘Creativity Award’ went to Team Poland, and the ‘Audience Favorite Award’ went to Team Finland, with a prize of $3,000 each.
