Fireworks production stops ahead of the "two sessions"

Dear readers, the national "two sessions" of 2023 are just around the corner. This means that the fireworks manufacturers will have to stop production again. Today we received the notice of production suspension from Liuyang City, which is as follows:

According to the relevant work requirements of the State Emergency Management Department of the province and the City of Changsha on production safety, combined with the notice of Changsha City Public Security Bureau on the control of hazardous explosive materials, in order to ensure the safety and stability of fireworks industry in our city, we have decided to suspend production of fireworks production enterprises step by step during the special protection period of the National Two Sessions (the opening of the CPPCC National Committee on March 4).

1. Black powder and fuse line production: all the pyro working procedures stop at 6 pm on March 2.
2. Firecracker production enterprises: mechanical charging stop at 6 pm on March 2, and all pyro working procedures stop at 6 pm on March 3.
3. Fireworks production enterprises: all procedures related to powders stop at 6 pm on March 2, and all working fireworks procedures will be stopped at 6 pm on March 3.
4. All fireworks production enterprises will resume work on their own from the second day after the NPC and CPPCC.

Considering huge fireworks sells at the end of the last year, most factory warehouses have sold out all of the stock. Factories have been very busy replenishing supplies recently.
