The results of St. Petersburg Fire Festival

Five minutes before midnight on May 28, the Peter and Paul Fortress of St. Petersburg lit up with fireworks. An amazing show was about to finalize the second day of the celebration of the City Day in St. Petersburg: the Fire Festival began.

The Peter and Paul Fortress has turned into a huge canvas for pop-art and digital artists. Some of the light paintings on the walls of the fortress were painted by the authors in real time. As a result, the festival gave 2 hours of crazy beauty: tens of thousands of people on the Palace Embankment enjoyed a colorful show, and TV viewers saw the full program of the Festival as well.

The results of voting for the best pyrotechnic show, in which 5310 people took part, were as follows:

1st place – «Pyro-team», Serbia - 31.11%

2nd place – «Empire of Fire», Belarus - 15.01%

3rd place – «SLK Fireworks», Moscow - 12.52%

«Holiday Design» from Armenia, «Lights of a Great Holiday» from Kazan and «Pyrotechnic Yards of Peterhof» from St. Petersburg received 10+ percent of the votes each. The masters of fire from Nizhny Novgorod from «Salyut-52» team received 5.86% of the votes, while «Pyromag» from Kyrgyzstan (3.71%) closed the table of participants.

The recoding of the show can be seen here, while the SuperFireworks Company team would join the words of Serbian pyro-designers from the «Pyro-team»: we are sure that we will return here many more times, because it is impossible not to return to the fairytale city of dreams!
