"Fireworks production and operation safety basic requirements" lecture

In order to thoroughly implement General Secretary Xi's important instructions on safety of production;

to effectively implement the relevant deployment of fireworks production in accordance with the operation safety instructions of the Emergency Department;

to promote fireworks production, wholesale enterprises and retail shops to effectively implement responsible approach to the production safety;

as the selling season approaches, Liuyang Fireworks Association invited Yao Yong, an expert of fireworks safety group from Hunan Emergency Department, to give a lecture entitled "Basic requirements for fireworks production and operation safety". Its goal was to help interpret the safety inspection requirements of fireworks production and operation recently deployed by the second Department of Crisis Supervision of the Ministry of Emergency Response.

The lecture describes the requirements for safety inspection of fireworks production and operation deployed by the above mentioned Department. The main points are as follows: strict regulation and enforcing law, making enterprises more accountable, and guarding against major security risks. Provisions have been made on the safety inspection of production enterprises, wholesale enterprises and retail shops.
